30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Do not return items to the manufacturer
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Intimate/sanitary products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
Refund Process
- Inspect & Approve: We’ll inspect returns and notify you via email
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility (non-refundable)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace defective/damaged items. Contact support for instructions.
Gift Returns
Gift purchases receive store credit via mailed gift certificate.

- We recommend insurance for high-value returns
- Return address provided upon approval

- Parcel Forwarding: We’re not responsible for items sent to forwarding services
- Wrong Address: Verify address accuracy before ordering
